The goal of the business is to be trustworthy, open and friendly. We don't cut corners or rush jobs, usually spending a little extra time to make sure nothing has been overlooked. Every bike gets a test ride (sometimes a few) as components are tweaked and adjusted to the best they can be. Only reliable replacement parts are used, and rarely charged at full RRP; which keeps the business focus on being paid for good quality work. Notes are taken during the service so that the mechanic (usually Vince!) can give you a summary of it once completed and answer any questions you might have.
